All our unique neon signs are handmade after your order is received. Standard orders take 10-14 working days, Express Orders take 4-6 working days to deliver. You can select the shipping method at checkout.

The size of your customised neon sign depends on the font you choose. But generally, the height of our large signs is between 14-16 inches and the medium signs are around 11-13 inches. The length of the sign is determined by the number of letters and fonts that you use. For further details, you can refer to our size chart.
Since our neon signs are handmade, sometimes there are small marks on the acrylic or glue marks where the PVC tube has been attached to the acrylic. In these rare instances where the marks are evident, they are always minor and invisible when the sign is switched on.

Installation is always done best in a small group! Even though the weight of our high-quality neon signs is on the lighter side, we still recommend that you take the help of 1 or 2 people so that it doesn’t fall. Moreover, please ensure that the neon sign is mounted securely before plugging and using it.
Our signs come with a slim transparent cable which is required to power the neon sign. A few customers have hidden these by hard-wiring the cable into the wall with the help of an electrician.
If your custom neon sign sustains damage during transit, Neon Attack is dedicated to promptly addressing and resolving the issue. It is recommended to thoroughly inspect your Custom Neon Sign package upon delivery. Any damage should be reported within 24 hours of receiving your Custom Neon sign to be eligible for a replacement. Following the courier's completion of the investigation into the claim, we will promptly initiate the refund or replacement process.
Neon Attack offers a two-year warranty for its custom neon lights, covering electrical components when used in accordance with appropriate guidelines. It's important to note that Indoor custom neon lights are not designed for outdoor use or exposure to moisture, and such usage would void the warranty. The resolution for faulty custom neon signs will be determined based on the origin of the fault and will be collaboratively addressed between Custom Neon Light and the purchaser.
Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs -
Neon Attack is not liable for any expenses associated with the installation and/or removal of your custom neon light. In the rare event that your sign is believed to have a fault, we may request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and, in some cases, may ask for the sign to be returned for replacement or repair. If you have opted for professional installation and/or hardwiring, Neon Attack is not responsible for any costs incurred during the uninstallation and/or reinstallation of your custom neon light. In situations where an electrician has hardwired the sign, it is within our discretion to determine if the identified fault is covered under our two-year warranty.
